PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE: Annexation by Petition from Madison Valley Medical Center to annex land legally described as: S33, T05 S, R01 W, C.O.S. 7/181BA, PARCEL 3A, Madison County, Montana
On October 26, 2022 at 6:15 p.m. the Ennis Town Commission will hold a Public Hearing, at Ennis Town Hall, 328 W. Main Street, Ennis, Montana to receive comments regarding a proposed annexation request submitted by Madison Valley Medical Center.
Verbal comments will be accepted at the Public Hearing. Written comments can be sent to Town of Ennis/Medical Center Annexation, 328 W. Main Street, Ennis, MT. 59729, and will be accepted until 3:00 p.m., October 26, 2022.
The proposal can be seen at Ennis Town Hall during normal business hours. For questions regarding the proposed annexation, phone 406 682-4287 ext. 2003 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
