Water usage is measured by a water meter that is read monthly, typically around the 20th of each month. Water consumption is recorded in gallons and is used to calculate your monthly utility charges.

For a residential property with a 3/4-inch meter, the monthly base rate for water and sewer service is $53.58. This base rate applies regardless of water usage. Information regarding base rates for other meter sizes can be found here.

To start, stop, or transfer water and sewer service into your name, please complete and submit the appropriate utility service application form. Forms are available through Town Hall or here on the Town’s website.
