Public Records Request

The Town of Ennis is committed to transparency and provides access to public records in accordance with the Montana Public Records Act. Individuals may request records maintained by the Town by submitting a written request that clearly describes the information sought. Requests may be delivered in person, by mail, or electronically to Town Hall. Upon receipt, the Town will review the request, determine if the records are available under applicable law, and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that certain records may be exempt from disclosure or may require staff time and copying fees in accordance with Town policy.
