TOWN OF ENNIS - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Ennis Town Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:15 p.m. during the regularly scheduled Commission meeting
meeting on Thursday, June 11, 2026, to hear comments on:
• Ordinance 161-2026: An Ordinance Adopting the Town of Ennis Annexation Plan
The Ennis Town Commission will conduct the following readings of Ordinance 161-2026, An Ordinance Adopting the
Town of Ennis Annexation Plan:
• First Reading – June 11, 2026, at 6:15 p.m. during the regularly scheduled Commission meeting
• Second Reading – July 9, 2026, at 6:15 p.m. during the regularly scheduled Commission meeting
The public hearing and readings will be held at Town Hall, located at 328 W Main St, Ennis, MT, 59729.
Copies of the proposed draft Town of Ennis Annexation Plan are available for review at the following locations: Ennis
Town Hall, Madison County Planning Office, and on the Town of Ennis website at https://www.ennismontana.org.
